I have become addicted to Beth’s Little Star crochet blanket pattern. So far I have made two and all the kids are wanting one now! It’s quick and easy and very unique! The first I have completed is made with scraps of baby yarn I had left over from preemie hats and booties and made with an F hook:

My second one was made with Lion Brand’s Hometown USA and a Speedhook and took no time at all to get done. It’s huge – from the points the final measurements are 88” wide by 92” long!
What is amazing is that I used approximately 1,100 yards of yarn for both the blankets – what a difference the size of yarn and hook make!
If you are going to make Beth’s Little Star, I highly suggest checking out this photo tutorial on getting the rounds setup, I found it incredibly helpful!
