NGY grew SO FAST! In less than a year we outgrew our dye lab twice – the initial upgrade was crowdsourced in 2012. In Spring 2013 we quietly upgraded all of our equipment. Here it is Summer 2013 and we are moving into a studio. For those who are interested in business growth statistics, since opening in 2010 we have had steady growth of approximately 30% except when we took the business full-time at which time we doubled in growth purely because of the time investment capabilities.
Steady growth signifies that we aren’t just a big bang fad – it’s confirmation that we are doing something right. We have no intention of quitting any time soon and are constantly innovating. Innovation and growth requires more space, a rehab of the commercial space, and another equipment upgrade. We don’t want to project more than the historical data stipulates however we have built into this plan plenty of additional room to grow.

A big thank you to all who invested in the Dye Lab Project! Without wonderful customers & funders like you, NGY would not be possible.
While the Dye Lab Relocation Project has now been fully funded, the remaining items are going to stay in the shop until the first week of September or until sold out. All profits that are overage of the Dye Lab Project will be made as a donation to the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.
